Addition Of Money With Regrouping
Addition by regrouping is done in the case when while adding the paise we get a carry. There are two ways of addition of money with regrouping
Case I:
In this case we will add the paise and will add the carry to the rupees part of the money
Illustration: Add Rs. 56.86 and Rs. 38.52.
Solution:
Step 1: When we add the paise part that is 86 and 52 we get
( 86 + 52 ) = 138 P = Re 1 and 38 P. We will carry Re 1 to the rupees
